How do our teams share work?

We agree on who handles what, then share ticketing and documentation so both teams see the same information.

Can you cover after-hours issues?

Yes, for emergencies. Outside help desk hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Central) you can reach us by phone for after-hours emergencies, billed hourly.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many clients start with security monitoring or vacation coverage and add more later.

What does the free assessment include?
